Naast het werk van Chokri Ben Chikha en in navolging van Union Suspecte zet Action Zoo Humain zich in voor de artistieke ontwikkeling en begeleiding van nieuwe acteurs en makers. Deze artiesten zijn al enkele jaren geleden afgestudeerd en/of hebben ervaring opgedaan in de theaterwereld. Action Zoo Humain biedt hen de mogelijkheid om een diepgaand artistiek ontwikkelingstraject te volgen. Na deze eerste fase worden de makers ondersteund bij het creëren en produceren van hun eigen werk. Ze hebben in het verleden al samengewerkt met Action Zoo Humain en kunnen nu hun artistieke traject binnen het gezelschap verder ontwikkelen.

In addition to the work of Chokri Ben Chikha, and following in the footsteps of Union Suspecte, Action Zoo Humain is committed to supporting the artistic development and guidance of new actors and makers. These artists have already graduated several years ago and/or gained experience in the theatre field. Action Zoo Humain offers them the opportunity to engage in an in-depth artistic development trajectory. After this initial phase, the makers are supported in creating and producing their own work. Having already collaborated with Action Zoo Humain in the past, they are now able to further develop their artistic journey within the company.
